I have been a resident of Sacramento for almost 30 years after moving to California from back east. A graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Economics I also had a long career with Delta Airlines in Customer Service.  That experience has served me well and honed my ability to truly listen to my clients and guide them through the home selling and buying process.  Equally important was my background in both residential and commercial construction, which I cultivated while working as a team member with a real estate development company during my time residing in Atlanta, Georgia.

I love helping friends and clients with their real estate needs and dreams. Starting in 2024, I decided to form my own real estate company. The real estate industry is changing and I feel I can better serve my clients with the flexibility and autonomy of being my own boss. With my CalBRE Certified Negotiation Expert certification, I am fully prepared to assist you.

My wife and I have been raising our family in the Carmichael/ Arden area and we are very involved in the community. For many years I volunteered at our children's school and our church. I have been a coach and board member for our little league and was a founding partner in our neighborhood watch group. 

I strongly believe that commitment to others in the community is very important and rewarding. I am determined to provide my professional commitment to all my clients and assist them with all their real estate needs.
