In 2024, I made the decision to establish my own real estate business. It became evident to me that I needed the flexibility and autonomy to best serve my clients in this rapidly changing real estate market.
Growing up as the second oldest in a family of six boys, I accepted responsibility, at a young age, for myself and my younger brothers. I have been taking care of others ever since and helping friends/clients find or sell a home is extremely and personally rewarding for me.
My previous career with Delta Airlines / Customer Service taught me how to really listen to people and understand their needs. The home selling or buying process is 100% about understanding my clients and accomplishing their goals while giving them honest and informed counsel.
Selling or buying a home, for most people, is the biggest financial transaction they will make. It can be an emotional, stressful, and confusing endeavor. My passion lies in my ability to make that experience a pleasant one while also exceeding their financial aspirations through my negotiating skills as a CalBRE Certified Negotiation Expert.
I remember the excitement I felt when I bought my first home in 1984. I felt great satisfaction in renovating it, making it a better place to live, and selling it years later for a nice profit. I still feel that excitement and satisfaction every time I help a client.
